Check out Harvest Festival in Downtown Cobourg this Saturday!
Tracey Gainforth is the event and communications co-ordinator with the Cobourg Downtown Business Improvement Area, and she gives us some details.
On top of that, there’s a chili cook-off!
The restaurants participating are Local No90, Ganarascals, Cat and Fiddle, King St. Deli and Shuck It – a new restaurant that’ll be opening soon.
Gainforth says you can pick up a chilipass to try every chili, enjoy a beer and vote for your favourite.
There’s also endless fun for the kids like face painting, pumpkin decorating and more and the Walk A Mile In Her Shoes fundraiser and awareness initiative will go through downtown at 11 a.m.
You can find more information by visiting downtowncobourg.ca.
King Street will be closed between Spring and Division Streets.
