Come this Saturday (June 11), The Art Gallery of Northumberland (AGN) present the newest creative addition to Northumberland County, the Mini Art Gallery!
Developed by local community leaders such as David McTavish, the Mini Art Gallery project encourages the creation and delivery of art throughout our community, making art accessible to all while encouraging community engagement.
Here’s how it works: any time you come across a mini art gallery you have an opportunity to take a piece, leave a piece, or both. Just like the mini-libraries that McTavish has made in the past (where you can leave a book, take a book).
You will find these Mini Art Galleries at libraries near you in Port Hope, Brighton and Cramahe.
