When Life give you lemons – setup a lemonade stand.
Our healthcare providers have been handed a lot of lemons throughout the pandemic but this summer the Northumberland Hills Hospital foundation is asking the community to help turn things around.
You can sign up to host a stand with your kids, grandkids or be a sole proprietor during July and August to help purchase life saving equipment for the hospital.
Megan Fluxgold, NHH Foundation’s Community Engagement and Events Specialist said there’s no age limit, whether young or young at heart anyone can host a stand.
Lemon-Aid is being sponsored by Davis’ Your Independent Grocer in Port Hope and you’ll receive kits to help get your stand started.
