One Stop Talk connects youth to mental health counselling
The Ontario government announced on January 25 that they are investing $4.75 million to expand the One Stop Talk, virtual walk-in counselling program designed for children, youth and their families.
Minister of Health’s Parliamentary Assistant, MPP Dawn Gallagher-Murphy told us more.
Gallagher-Murphy said this expansion is part of Ontario’s Roadmap to Wellness.
She added she is a strong supporter of the program.
In addition, the government is adding eight new youth wellness hubs to the 14 created since 2020, bringing the total to 22 across the province.
