Marking Police Week from May 12 to 18, 2024, the Cobourg Police Service invites residents and local businesses to engage in various activities aimed at fostering community relationships.
This annual event, sponsored by the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police and the Ministry of the Solicitor General, highlights the critical role of law enforcement in safeguarding communities.
May 15 holds particular significance as Constable Chris Garrett Memorial Day, honoring the sacrifice of a fallen officer.
