Cobourg police say warrant apprehension and bail compliance remain a top priority in 2025.
Between January 13 and January 31, officers reportedly arrested 12 individuals for outstanding warrants and release order violations.
Five of those arrested had warrants from other jurisdictions, with three being returned to those areas.
Police say these efforts aim to reduce reoffending, improve community safety, and support victims.
Residents are encouraged to report any bail violations or suspicious activity to police.
