Several Brighton and Campbellford-area parks/conservation areas have been closed due to fallout from the ice storm.
All trails at Proctor Park, Goodrich Loomis and Seymour Conservation have temporarily closed due to “extensive tree damage” following the storm, officials confirmed Wednesday, April 2.
Lower Trent Conservation staff said they’re working to assess damage and clear trails to make them safe again for public use, but residents are asked to be patient.
Updates will be issued as trails become clear.
