This yoga inspired class seeks to offer an inclusive environment where participants of all ability levels are able to experience and engage in yoga.
Jenn brings a holistic approach which supports participants mental and physical health. Come learn how movement impacts mood and learn stretches which promote rest and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle (Some yoga mats provided) This is in partnership with NHH Community Mental Health Services.

Northumberland Paramedics will host a family-friendly celebration at the Cobourg Farmers Market
Saturday, May 24, at Rotary Harbourfront Park.
Community members of all ages are invited to attend.
Guests will have the opportunity to: Tour the inside of an ambulance, meet local paramedics and learn more about their work and discover how paramedics support health and safety across all stages of life. Children are encouraged to bring their favourite teddy bear or stuffed animal for a gentle “check-up” by the Northumberland Teddy Bear Response Team – a playful way to introduce children to medical care in a safe comforting environment.

Join us at Port Hope Public Library’s Hub Branch in Canton for an engaging, flexible and interactive storytime designed for children under 6 who are neurodivergent or have sensory processing differences.
We’ll be using stories, songs , and sensory activities to support a fun and inclusive experience!
