The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking assistance from the public following a theft at a business in the Municipality of Brighton.
Police say officers were called to a commercial property on Telephone Road at approximately 6:40 p.m. on July 21, 2025. A complainant reported that a ring valued at more than $9,000 was stolen during an attempted online marketplace transaction.
The individual involved fled the scene before police arrived and has not been located. Investigators are now releasing an image of the person in question and are asking for help identifying them.
