Northumberland OPP is calling on the public for help after the theft of a nail gun from a Brighton business.
In a release issued on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025, police said on Nov. 26, 2025, OPP received a report of a stolen power tool from a commercial business on Oliphant Street in the Municipality of Brighton.
The theft occurred at about 9:20 a.m., and the item taken was a nail gun valued at approximately $730, said police, adding that suspect was also seen leaving the area in a blue vehicle “with a loud exhaust.”
Investigators have now released images of the suspect and vehicle involved and are hoping the public may know something.
