Northumberland Hills Hospital is welcoming community members to attend its 2026 Annual Members’ Meeting Wednesday evening.
The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. on June 24, in the Peter B. and Mary T. Smith Community Education Centre on the second floor of the hospital.
Hospital officials say the annual gathering provides an opportunity to reflect on the accomplishments of the past fiscal year and discuss priorities and opportunities for the future.
Several items of business are scheduled, including approval of the minutes from last year’s annual meeting, presentation of the hospital’s audited financial statements for 2025-26, the auditor’s report from KPMG and the reappointment of auditors for the coming year.
Attendees will also hear reports from the Board Chair and the hospital’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
The meeting agenda includes the report of the Nominating Committee and the election of directors, along with presentation of the hospital’s Heart of Experience Awards, which recognize individuals who have made meaningful contributions to patient care and the hospital community.
NHH has made its draft audited financial statements available online in advance of the meeting. Officials say the organization’s 2025-26 Annual Report to the Community will be released following the event through its website and other communication channels.
The meeting will be held in person at the hospital, located at 1000 DePalma Drive in Cobourg.
