Northumberland OPP have charged a 22-year-old Lindsay man following an investigation into an alleged indecent act at a commercial property in Alnwick-Haldimand Township.
Police say they received a report on August 27 that an individual had exposed themselves at a commercial premises on 1st Line Road.
The incident occurred earlier that day, and police say the individual had left the area before officers arrived.
As a result of the investigation, officers arrested a suspect on August 28.
Patrick Lummiss, 22, of Lindsay, has been charged with indecent act in a public place and failing to comply with a probation order.
Lummiss was held for bail and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg.
