YThrive Home is allowing people to workout while the Northumberland YMCA is closed due to COVID-19.
Eunice Kirkpatrick, CEO of the local Y says this will allow people to reach their fitness goals and stay connected tot he community without leaving the comfort of their homes.
Kirkpatrick adds that these free, online classes have workouts for all fitness levels and every age group.
