Northumberland County residents will soon have more options in dealing with waste and recycling.
After closures due to COVID-19, the Community Recycling Centres in Bewdley, Brighton and Seymour will re-open by May 1.
That resolution was passed by Northumberland County council during a virtual meeting yesterday (Apr 15).
These centres have been closed since March 25 in order to protect employees and customers from COVID-19.
All three stations will be opened in a limited capacity, but those specifics haven’t been decided at this time.
We will provide more information as it becomes available.
