Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre is one step closer to opening in September.
Chief executive officer of Community Care Northumberland, Trish Baird, says this an exciting development.
Because of what is going on in the world, Baird says the application process will be done online, and you can learn more by visiting commcare.ca/careers.html or northumberlandhospice.ca.
Baird says interviews will be done a bit differently as well.
Baird gives us a few more details about the hospice care centre’s opening date.
She adds that it’s not how they envisioned their opening but that Community Care is trying to take in stride.
The deadline to apply to be a building maintenance custodian is this Friday (June 12) and the deadline for registered nurses, registered practical nurses, personal support workers and food service coo-rdinator is June 30.
Ed’s House is looking to fill both full and part-time positions.
