The Cobourg Bandshell is a little bit closer to a restoration thanks to a donation from a TV show crew.
The Netflix Series Ginny & Georgia, owned by G2G Series Inc. made a financial donation to the restoration of the bandshell in Victoria Park.
The crew said they valued their time in Cobourg and wanted to donate to an Arts & Culture project to thank the Town for making them feel welcome.
The show was filmed in Victoria Park and at the bandshell for Season 1 and Season 2, so they’re pretty familiar with the restoration project.
Ginny & Georgia Season 2 is set to launch this fall.
