Lisa Smith, founder and CEO of The Staff Room said this area is in need of an HR overhaul.
Smith said HR is something a lot of smaller businesses struggle with.
Smith said a good HR representative can make your business run more smoothly.
Smith’s number one tip to improve your resume? Don’t include your address. She said an employer will only really need your home address once they are looking to hire you, so it’s best to use that space for some other information.
