Cobourg Police have laid charges of robbery against local woman.
Earlier this month, officers responded to a residence in the area of George and Orange Streets on a reported assault.
The complainant reported an individual had punched them in the face and taken their glasses before leaving the area.
As a result of the investigation, a 31-year-old Cobourg woman now faces charges of robbery and failure to comply with a probation order.
