StrikeUP Canada is marking its fifth anniversary with its flagship digital conference on February 27, 2025.
The free event, themed “Resiliency Redefined,” is expected to draw thousands of women entrepreneurs nationwide for an engaging day of workshops, panels, and networking opportunities.
Keynote speaker Jillian Harris, a renowned entrepreneur and author, will share her journey of building a successful brand and choosing authenticity over approval. Co-presented by The Scotiabank Women Initiative and Export Development Canada (EDC), the conference will tackle topics including AI adoption, stress management, financial empowerment, and global business expansion.
“StrikeUP empowers women entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge to thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape,” said Pouya Zangeneh, Senior Vice President, Small Business at Scotiabank.
This year’s conference will feature enhancements to its digital platform, including gamification features and a one-on-one virtual matchmaking tool for personalized networking. StrikeUP’s impact will extend offline with live viewing parties hosted by partners nationwide.
“Exports drive innovation and inclusivity,” noted Catherine Beach, National Lead, Women in Trade at EDC. “This collaboration helps women entrepreneurs seize global opportunities.”
StrikeUP Canada has become a cornerstone of Canada’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, offering year-round webinars and support for women-led businesses.
