Last year, the Cameco Charity Golf Tournament raised more than $21,000 for mental health projects that make a difference in our community. All funds raised from the tournament will benefit the Cameco Fund for Mental Health and will be distributed to organizations undertaking charitable projects that promote or protect mental health in Northumberland County and area.

This drop-in yoga inspired class seeks to offer an inclusive environment where participants of all ability levels are able to experience and engage in yoga.
Jenn brings a holistic approach which supports participants mental and physical health. Come learn how movement impacts mood and learn stretches which promote rest and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle (Some yoga mats provided) This is in partnership with NHH Community Mental Health Services.

Join us at Port Hope Public Library’s Hub Branch in Canton for an engaging, flexible and interactive storytime designed for children under 6 who are neurodivergent or have sensory processing differences.
We’ll be using stories, songs , and sensory activities to support a fun and inclusive experience!
