An investigation into a fatal collision that claimed the life of a 54-year-old Trent Hills man is continuing, says Northumberland OPP.
Emergency crews – including police, fire and paramedics – responded to the single-vehicle crash involving a passenger vehicle in the County roads 25 and 35 area Friday night (July 11) at about 11:20 p.m.
Police said the lone occupant – the 54-year-old man – was sent to hospital and pronounced deceased.
OPP’s technical collision investigation members were also called in to help with the on-site investigation.
The crash shut down several area roads until just after 10 a.m. Saturday, July 12.
Police said their investigation is ongoing, and updates will be provided when available.
