No serious injuries are being reported after emergency crews responded to two separate crashes in the westbound Port Hope Hwy. 401 area.
Northumberland OPP says a three-vehicle collision early Wednesday morning sent one person to hospital with minor injuries.
According to police, the collision occurred just after 5 a.m. Wednesday, and one vehicle rolled. OPP says all resources were cleared just before 7:30 a.m.
Yesterday – Tuesday, Nov. 25 – two of three lanes along the highway near Toronto Road in Port Hope were also shut down to remove a dump truck after a single-vehicle collision. Resources had cleared the area and the lanes reopened as of 7 p.m.
OPP says no serious injuries were reported.
