A 39-year-old Cobourg woman is facing multiple charges following a reported theft at a Division Street business.
Police say staff reported that a set of house and vehicle keys had been stolen. CCTV footage identified the suspect, who was later located walking near nearby train tracks.
The woman was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, failure to comply with a probation order, possession of a Schedule I substance, and possession of break-and-enter instruments. She was remanded into custody following a bail hearing.
