Northumberland OPP say a single vehicle collision is causing delays on County Road 45 in Alnwick/Haldimand Township.
According to a post from OPP Central Region on X, officers are on scene north of County Road 9. Police say the driver was transported to a local hospital by EMS but their condition is currently unknown.
Constable James Clarke with Northumberland OPP says traffic is alternating northbound and southbound through the northbound lane while emergency crews remain on scene.
The fire department is also assisting with traffic control.
Drivers travelling through the area are being asked to expect delays.
