Cobourg police say they are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying three individuals connected to distraction thefts in the community.
Police say the incidents occurred on March 3 and March 21, and investigators have released the images of the suspects in an effort to identify those involved.
In the first incident on March 3, police say a wallet was reported stolen as the victim exited a financial institution on King Street.

In the second incident on March 21, police say two suspects were involved in the theft of a wallet as the victim exited a business on Division Street.
Police say the investigation into both incidents is ongoing as officers work to confirm the identities of the individuals captured in the images.
Cobourg Police are asking anyone with information about the suspects or the incidents to contact the Cobourg Police Service at 905 372 6821.
Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers by calling 1 800 222 TIPS or visiting stopcrimehere.ca.
Police say tips submitted through Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a cash reward.
