OPP’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is asking for the public’s help locating wanted offender Guy Fowler, who is known to frequent Cobourg, Northumberland County, and Windsor-Essex.
Police say Fowler, 63, is wanted on several charges, including sexual assault involving a person under 16 years of age, sexual interference, sexual exploitation, voyeurism, and multiple child pornography related offences.
Investigators say the charges also include possession of child pornography, making or possessing child pornography for the purpose of publication, importing or distributing child pornography, and failing to attend court.
Police describe Fowler as a Caucasian male, six foot two, approximately 280 pounds, with a wolf tattoo on his left shoulder.
The OPP R.O.P.E. Squad says he is known to spend time in the Cobourg and Northumberland County area as well as Windsor-Essex County.
Authorities are asking anyone who has had contact with Fowler or who has information about his whereabouts to contact the Provincial R.O.P.E. Squad at 416-808-5900 or toll free at 1-866-870-7673.
Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-8477, and police say residents should call 9-1-1 in an emergency.
