Northumberland County is inviting families, educators and early years professionals to a free event focused on helping children stay active and healthy in an increasingly digital world.
The event takes place Saturday, Oct. 3, at the theatre inside Cobourg Collegiate Institute.
Richard Monette, executive director of Active for Life, will deliver the keynote presentation, highlighting the benefits of movement and play and offering practical ideas for incorporating more physical activity into children’s daily routines.
