Northumberland Hills Hospital is lowering its flags to half-mast in memory of Canadian military personnel killed or seriously injured in a fatal fire at Canadian Forces Base Wainwright in Alberta on Saturday, Oct. 17.
The hospital is also extending its condolences to those affected by the incident, including fellow service members, families, loved ones and the wider military community.
The hospital says the gesture honours those affected by the tragedy and recognizes the impact on the military community.
